FABRIC INSPECTION

Check fabric quality, width, weight, color and defects before production.

PATTERN MAKING

Create patterns based on approved measurements, grade and design.

SPREADING

Spread fabric in layers as per marker plan and cutting plan.

CUTTING

Cut fabric accurately as per pattern and size specifications.

STITCHING

Sew cut parts into garments following style, quality and workmanship standards.

IN-LINE QUALITY CHECK

Check stitching, measurements, workmanship and fix defects at every stage.

FINAL INSPECTION

Ensure quality, finishing, quantity, packing and standards are fully met.

IRONING & FINISHING

Trim threads, Press, iron and prepare for packing.

PACKING

Fold, pack, label and prepare cartons as per buyer requirements.

PRE-SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION WITH BUYER

Share inspection report, packing details, shipping documents and delivery plan before shipment.

DISPATCH / SHIPMENT

Ship on time as per confirmed instructions and deliver to destination.

POST-SHIPMENT SUPPORT & RETURN HANDLING

If anything goes wrong, we take responsibility and arrange replacement, correction or compensation.
